Job Description

The Deputy Chief Medical Officer (Dy. CMO) will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, administrative management, and clinical oversight to ensure the hospital operates efficiently and delivers the highest quality of healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all clinical, operational, and administrative activities of the hospital.

• Implement and monitor healthcare quality standards.

• Ensure compliance with medical ethics and PM&DC regulations.

• Lead medical and support teams for effective patient care delivery.

• Develop hospital policies, SOPs, and performance benchmarks.

• Coordinate between departments for smooth hospital operations.

Qualification and Experience
