Scope of Work

Selected advocates will assist the Directorate of Law in various legal, compliance, and advisory tasks. Their scope of responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting Directorates of Law-IR in legal submissions, research, and preparation of appeals.

  • Reviewing and advising on notices, replies, and orders related to tax laws.

  • Conducting legal research and maintaining legal documentation.

  • Liaising with FBR formations on pending legal matters and preparing case summaries.

  • Assisting in the classification and tracking of ongoing litigation.

  • Drafting settlement proposals and strategies for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).

  • Preparing cases before High Courts, Appellate Tribunals (ATIR), FTO, and other judicial forums.

  • Performing any other legal tasks assigned by the Directorates of Law or FBR.

This role requires a deep understanding of Pakistan’s taxation laws, legal drafting, and procedural compliance.


Terms and Conditions

  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.

Duration of Contract
