🎓 Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a Senior Management Position within an Aerodrome Fire Rescue Service (RFFS).

• Recognized ARFF / SRFF certifications (NFPA certification highly preferred).

• Strong operational knowledge of aviation firefighting, structural fire response, and emergency medical coordination.

• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage Fire & Rescue teams effectively.

As a Duty Fire Chief, you will:

• Oversee and ensure operational readiness and safety of Fire & EMS teams.

• Lead and supervise day-to-day fire and rescue operations at a busy aerodrome.

• Coordinate emergency responses, incident management, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

• Handle administrative tasks, including training programs, audits, and continuous improvement activities.

• Maintain readiness for structural and aircraft fire emergencies.
